Our click and collect orders are based in Townsville only.
Location: our click and collect orders can be collected in Mt Low, Townsville.
We will contact you for collection details.
Postage AU wide
We use Australia Post nationally.
In stock shipping 2-3 days to be shipped. Made to order 1-2 weeks turnaround. If you order in stock and made to order items they will be delivered together within the actual turnaround.
If you ordered an item in stock and an item made to order, your full order will be shipped together.
We do not provide any refund if Australia Post has lost your parcel/ order.
The delivery time is beyond our control as we cannot assure a time a delivery unless mutually agreed between the customer & Adorable Creatures.
International Shipping
We do International Shipping to some countries.
Shipping costs are calculated on the shipping method selected, destination and weight. We do not provide any estimate of duty, VAX, Taxes as they are specific to each destination country.
We do not offer any refund for a change of mind and if the size your ordered is too big or too small.
We do offer exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase if there is a default in the product. Postage to return the products is at the buyers' expenses.
